In this program, we believe in personalized wellness. We start by getting to know you: your lifestyle, preferences, and goals. This understanding forms the foundation of your unique weight-loss strategy. You won’t find cookie-cutter solutions here- every plan is personalized to suit your needs, ensuring that it’s both effective and enjoyable.

One of the cornerstones of this program is the absence of restrictive diets. I advocate for nourishing your body with wholesome, nutritious foods that fuel your energy and support your weight-loss journey. As a certified nutrition coach, I will guide you through making informed choices, creating a sustainable and balanced eating pattern that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle.

Exercise is an essential component, but I don’t endorse extreme workout programs. Instead, I will craft exercise routines that are enjoyable and tailored to your fitness level. Whether it’s yoga, pilates, brisk walks, strength training, etc., I will help you find an exercise routine that suits you and helps you achieve your goals without burnout.

But it’s not just about nutrition and exercise- it’s about accountability and support. This program offers ongoing support from a dedicated coach who will keep you motivated and accountable every step of the way. During our 1:1 virtual meetings, we can discuss your experiences, progress, and cheer you on!

  • This program was designed to be 9 weeks long, but you can participate for as long as you want to. If at 9 weeks, you want to continue with the program, you can simply let me know and we will keep you enrolled! Or, if you don’t feel like you need the full 9 weeks, you can participate for a shorter amount of time!

  • In most cases, yes! Because one of the main pillars of this program is that it is personalized, we are able to create plans that tailor to different needs. This is something that would be discussed during the consultation call!

  • During this program, there will be a few different forms of support and accountability provided to each participant:

    1. Participants will have weekly 1:1 virtual calls with their coach. During these meetings, the coach and participant will discuss progress, give instructions for following the outlines plan, make adjustments to the plan if needed, provide support for any struggles , and also celebrate wins along the way!

    2. Participants will have access to their coach through WhatsApp and are able to reach out whenever they need any assistance or have a question.

    3. Participants will have access to educational material and videos all in one document, which is monitored by their coach.

  • One of the big pillars of this program is sustainability. Our goal is to give clients a sustainable solution to their weight-loss needs, not a quick fix. In order to do this, throughout this program, clients learn not only the personalized steps to take in order to reach their goal, but they are also given educational information (in the forms of handouts, videos, or discussion) about WHY that particular method works, WHY they should add that food item into their diet, etc. Knowing WHY is just as important as knowing WHAT when it comes to being able to sustain these weight-loss habits.
